Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms, the following definitions apply:
- Kap Lounge: the grooming studio located at Willemsweg 104, 6531DN Nijmegen.
- Client: the individual or entity entering into a booking agreement with Kap Lounge.
- Appointment: the agreement between Kap Lounge and the client for grooming services.
Article 2 - Scope
These terms apply to all bookings, quotes, and agreements between Kap Lounge and the client.
Article 3 - Bookings
Appointments can be made online via our website. Upon confirmation, the client receives an email. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information.
Article 4 - Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
For online payments (Stripe/PayPal), please contact Kap Lounge directly to request a cancellation.
Article 5 - Payments
Online reservations require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is paid after the appointment at the salon.
Payments are accepted via iDEAL, Credit Card (Stripe), PayPal, or cash at the salon.
Article 6 - Pricing
All prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change. The rates displayed on the website apply at the time of booking.
Article 7 - Complaints
Service-related complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the appointment via info@kaplounge.nl. We will respond within 14 days.
Article 8 - Liability
Kap Lounge is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant appointment.
Article 9 - Applicable Law
All agreements between Kap Lounge and the client are governed by Dutch law.
